Thanks to several years working in Management Consulting I’ve enabled dynamic corporations from diverse industries to achieve sustainable growth, goals and (most importantly) their "dreams". In addition, I have had the privilege of leading several optimization projects related to financial processes and reporting tools. I have also been involved in various successful projects that have significantly improved budgeting and reporting processes. At Damasceno Consulting, I have led the implementation of Shared Service Centers (SSC) in the areas of Accounting, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and inventory for a company with a revenue of 3 billion EUR (FY2017).
